- Postage: I use Royal Mail and UPS tracked delivery
- Complimentary: All keepsakes arrive in a complimentary dust bag. Picture frames and embroideries have the option to choose free gift wrapping.
- Location: I am based in Hertfordshire and send to the UK only. This does not include Norther Ireland.
- Sending items to me: Please use a tracked delivery, I do not accept Evri courier deliveries. It is important to make sure items are clean and washed before being sent to me so there is no delay in making your item. Clothes that are very worn may not be suitable although with several pieces of clothing I can make one piece to design your item.
- Waiting Lists: I do not operate a waiting list, my items will show the quantaties available on my shop once this reaches zero I will announce on Instagram when I am loading the new inventory.
